Z Advocacy NFP is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization dedicated to expanding access, resources, and celebrating the lived experiences of individuals within the disability community. People with disabilities lead our organization and guide every decision.

Supporting individuals with disabilities in navigating systems, accessing services, and asserting their rights in education, employment, and healthcare settings.
Policy & Systemic Change
Working with local and state officials to advance policies that promote accessibility, inclusion, and equity for people with disabilities.
Community Partnerships
Building coalitions with local organizations, businesses, and government agencies to create lasting, community-driven change.
Disability Pride
Celebrating disability as a natural and valued part of human diversity, and fostering pride, visibility, and joy within the disability community.
Annual Disability Pride Event
Each year, we host the Crystal Lake Disability Pride Event at McHenry County College — a fully accessible celebration featuring live music, community vendors, essential resources, and more. This event is a cornerstone of our work to build visible, joyful disability representation in McHenry County.
